In Bulgaria, a drink exists that is somehow similar to Italian sodas. It is called Turkish lemonade. So far I haven’t had the time to investigate it, but does this lemonade exist in Turkey too? And, how do they call it?
Squeeze 6 lemons and keep the juice. Peel one lemon (organically grown) and cut the peel into thin slices. Mix the peel and the juice and add one pound sugar. Cook the mixture into a thick sirup. The sirup can be stored in the fridge basically forever. For one glass ad 1-2 tea spoons and fill it up with very cold water (can be either still or sparkling).
